Addendum Reports

The Work Plan for Rapid Response, Interim Corrective Measures, and Comprehensive Site Assessment (Work Plan), dated February 2001 was approved by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) on June 8, 2001. This is the original Work Plan for the Coliseum Boulevard Plume (CBP). Additional Scopes of Work were required as the work at the CBP progressed. The 14 Addendums are these additional Scopes for Work. Only the current version of each Addendum is included below.
